Cancellation Policy
At BabyFox, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order after it has been placed. This Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which orders may be cancelled and the process applicable to such cancellations.
By placing an order through www.babyfox.in ("Website"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Cancellation Policy.
Our Approach
We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. As a result, cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order has been dispatched from our warehouse or fulfillment facility.
Once an order has been shipped, the cancellation process may no longer be available and the order shall instead be governed by the applicable Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of an order after it has been placed but before the order has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible through our customer support channels.
While BabyFox will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed if order processing, packaging, or shipment preparation has already commenced.
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and any payment received shall be refunded in accordance with this Policy.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
An order may not be eligible for cancellation in the following circumstances:

The order is already in transit with the courier partner.

The product has been specially procured, customized, personalized, or made to order.

BabyFox-Initiated Cancellations
BabyFox reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:
Product Unavailability
Where a product becomes unavailable due to inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, supplier issues, or other operational reasons.
Pricing or Technical Errors
Where an order has been placed based on incorrect pricing, promotional information, product descriptions, or technical errors appearing on the Website.
Payment Verification Issues
Where payment authorization fails, payment verification cannot be completed, or there is a reasonable concern regarding the legitimacy of a transaction.
Fraud Prevention
Where BabyFox suspects fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment usage, abuse of promotions, or violations of applicable laws or Website policies.
Serviceability Restrictions
Where the delivery location is determined to be non-serviceable or subject to logistical limitations that prevent successful fulfillment.
Force Majeure Events
Where circumstances beyond BabyFox's reasonable control make order fulfillment impractical, impossible, or commercially unreasonable.
In such cases, customers will be notified and any eligible refund shall be processed through the original payment method.
Cancellation Charges
At present, BabyFox does not generally charge cancellation fees for approved cancellations requested before dispatch.
However, BabyFox reserves the right to introduce reasonable cancellation-related charges in the future where operational costs have already been incurred. Any such charges shall be clearly communicated prior to implementation.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where a cancellation request is approved and payment has already been received, BabyFox will initiate a refund through the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are typically initiated within five (5) to seven (7) business days following cancellation approval.
The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on:

BabyFox shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems once a refund has been successfully initiated.
Multiple or Abusive Cancellation Requests
To maintain fair use of our services, BabyFox reserves the right to monitor cancellation patterns.
Accounts that demonstrate repeated order placements followed by excessive cancellations, misuse of promotional offers, fraudulent conduct, or activities that negatively impact operational efficiency may be subject to restrictions, suspension, or termination at BabyFox's sole discretion.
Changes to this Cancellation Policy
BabyFox reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace this Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Website.
