BabyFox currently delivers products only within India.

Delivery availability may vary depending upon courier coverage, serviceability of the destination, local regulations, and operational constraints.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot be serviced due to logistical limitations or delivery restrictions.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the destination and shipping partner.

Generally, customers may expect:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

Risk and Ownership

2. Returns Policy

Exchange Shipping

Depending upon the circumstances, BabyFox may arrange reverse pickup services or request customers to return products using approved shipping methods.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, please notify BabyFox within twenty four (24) hours of delivery.
